Property Policy

  • Guests are required to pay a 100% advance at the time of booking itself
  • GST will be applicable on the rates as per rules
  • Breakfast buffet @ Rs350/per person
  • Dinner buffet @ Rs 650/per person
  • Extra Bed @ 40% on above tariff
  • Children (1 to 6 years) complimentary
  • Children (6 to 11 years) @40% on above tariff
  • Children below 18 years will not be permitted to stay if unaccompanied by their parents/guardian
  • Guests are required to produce a valid ID proof to verify the reservation (PAN card shall not be accepted as a valid ID proof)
  • Early check in and late check out is subject to availability
  • Luggage assistance and room service is not provided (except for the suite rooms)
  • Outside guests are not allowed to stay on the premises
  • Alcohol, drugs and substance abuse is strictly prohibited inside the property
  • We reserve the right to admission


Cancellation Policy

  • 100% payment must be made in advance at the time of booking
  • In case of any change in plans and if the cancellation comes more than a week ahead of the arrival, 50% of the Total Amount is charged as cancellation fee
  • If the cancellation comes within a week of the arrival date, 100% of the total amount is charged as a cancelation fee
  • No refund is applicable for unexpected and unplanned early departures
  • No refund can be given for No Show or any unutilized services for any reason(s) what-so-ever

Note: Booking is confirmed subject to the receipt of full payment a week before arrival, failing which the management reserves the right to release the booking. Kindly note, the advance paid will be forfeited in this case.



Privacy Policy

Data Protection

By making a booking with Black Sheep B&B, you authorize Black Sheep B&B to use the information for business purposes to the Technological Partners and any other partner who is involved in assisting us in providing/extending our services. Your personal details are safe with us and we will use it only for the following purposes:

  • To process and confirm your booking
  • To provide you with customer support
  • To send you promotional offers, newsletters, campaign emails, confirmation emails during bookings and customer feedback forms. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, you may hit the ‘Unsubscribe’ button

Black Sheep B&B would disclose your personal information only if obliged by lawful enforcement by either the government or other law enforcement agencies. We would do so only with the proper paperwork from the court. This has never happened before; if it does happen in the future, we’ll go to all ends to make sure that the information is used in an ethical way and will inform you about it.

Credit/Debit Card Data:

Black Sheep B7B asks for your credit/debit card details (incl. Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV) in order to confirm and guarantee your booking. The card details will be encrypted into our payment gateway’s (Citrus) database and we assure you that your data is safe. We will not use your card data for any purpose other than confirming your booking. Your amount will be debited only if you do not follow our cancellation policy.
